 The Legend of the Bat Miraculous

One of my special interests is miraculous ladybug, and I thought I would write a little fanfic about it! 

Long ago, in an ancient temple. Deep deep under the earth, there was a box that held jewels with amazing capabilities. They say that whoever has the jewels in their possession, will be granted tremendous power. The box was hidden from the world because the person who had it was on the run from some very dangerous people, who only wanted to use the jewels for their own gain. Which was not the purpose of these special objects, they were only used for the greater good. So in order to keep them safe, the holder hid the box never to be seen again. Or so he thought...

Paris present day

Lily Buffont, was a 15 year old girl who was very different from everyone. She was tall, slim, with jet black hair and one electric blue streak. She had purple eyes, with black square glasses framing her face. She always wore band t-shirts, black skinny jeans with rips in the knees, bracelets by the dozen, and black converse sneakers. Lily was currently on her way to school, only to be dealt with a rude awakening from one Chloe Bougeois, the queen of mean. Lily's family didn't have much money, which made her the target for a rich snob like Chloe. But Lily did have some friends she trusted, and that made things a little better. Marinette Dupain-Chang, and Alya Cesaire were her closest friends. As Lily made her way up the steps into the school, she ran into her friends. "hey Lily!" Alya said giving her a hug. "hey Alya, hey Marinette!" Lily said to her friends. The three girls went to their first class with Miss Bustie (I don't know how to spell her name) "well, well, well, if it isn't little miss dark and depressing, would it kill you to wear colour once in awhile Buffont?" Chloe's mean words were knives to Lily's caring heart. "I love her style, it's different and unique!" Marinette said as she put her hands on Lily's shoulders. "Alright class settle down, everyone please take their seats and open your text books to page 104" Miss Bustie said. 

After school Lily was walking home alone, when an Akuma attack went off. Panicked Lily ducked behind an alley, to wait it out. From where she sat she saw Paris's heroes Chat Noir and Ladybug, come to the rescue. Lily had always wondered what it would be like to be a superhero, fighting crime and saving people. Then no one would make fun of her, or think she's a weirdo. When the heroes were done, Lily put her headphones on and continued her walk home. Just as she was coming down her street, something caught her eye. It was a little box with an interesting symbol on it. Curious Lily caustiouly opened the box, out flew a little beam of light that slowly morphed into a creature. "hello there, my name is Onyxx and I'll be your Kwami." The little creature said. "wow, my very own Kwami! Nice to meet you Onyxx I'm Lily Buffont." "oh I know who you are Lily, the guardian picked you for a reason." Lily was taken aback by this, what guardian? and why did he pick her? "He trusted you with the miraculous of the bat, because he knew you would be the perfect person to possess it. Just put the magic choker on, and say Onyxx fangs out!" Lily put the choker on, and said the command. Suddenly she began to transform, her clothes slowly melting away and in their place was a costume. She had a black skin tight body suit, a mask with white trim, her eyes turned bright blue, and she had little bat ears on her head, her weapon was a whip, and she had beautiful wings on her back. "wow!" Lily couldn't believe her eyes she looked like a real superhero, her power was echo location which gave her the ability to deafen villains with her voice. 

Know one knew about the Bat miraculous because it was very rare, very few holders were given it. But now Lily Buffont was one of the lucky few! "Now I just need a superhero name, let's see how about dark wing, yeah dark wing!" satisfied with her new name, Dark Wing took the skies to test her abilities. The next time there was a threat, she would be ready to join Ladybug and Chat Noir as they defeat Monarch. The end for now...
