Tonight is movie night at our house! I am so excited! I love movie night with my favourite guys, my boyfriend Chris, and our dogs Cooper and Fitz. "are you excited for movie night babe?" I ask Chris as I come into the living room, we're both dressed in our pajamas and have a fluffy blanket to wrap ourselves up in! "you know I am!" Chris says flashing that beautiful smile of his. When we first started dating he had told me he's very self-conscious of his smile, but I keep telling him it's beautiful. I think he believes me now, which I am so happy about. I feel like sometimes he saves his real smile for me. That makes me feel special. I walk over to the couch, and climb under the blanket with him. Snuggling into his chest, while he wraps his arm around my shoulder. This is paradise. The movie we're watching is Halloween Kills, it's a favourite of ours we watch it all the time. It's 45 minutes into the movie, and the scary part is coming up. When it happens, we both scream! Then Chris laughs afterward, but I'm still scared. "hey it's okay babe, I'm right here I won't let anything happen to you. I promised to protect you, and that's what I intend to do." Then he kisses me, and I feel better. I know he will always try to protect me, and I love him for it.
