 On The Street

Hey everyone! This is my stab at writing a supernatural fanfiction. I hope you like it!

Jaylyn Star was a respectable young girl, she was of average height, slim, long brown hair, teal coloured glasses, and she always wore a T-shirt with leggings and shorts. She was also an out cast, but liked it that way. She was walking home from school in the dead of night, because it was winter and it gets dark fast. As she was walking she couldn't help feeling like she was being followed. "Who's there?" She asked turning around. But there was no one there, Jaylyn thought she was just hearing things, so she kept on walking. But after a few minutes something rushed past her. "what was that?" She thought aloud to herself. She turned around again, but when she did again there was no one there. When she looked back in the direction she was walking in there was a shadowy figure standing under the street lamp. "who are you?" Jaylyn asked with a nervous tone in her voice. The figured walked up to her, and Jaylyn was in awe of the stranger! As he came into the light, Jaylyn noticed how handsome the man was. He was so pale his skin sparkled in the moon light, he had gorgeous chestnut coloured hair, he was dressed all in leather, and was definitely in great shape. He had black eyeliner highlighting his striking glaz eyes. "hello there, I hope I didn't scare you." He said in a very calming voice. "you didn't really." Jaylyn said smiling slightly. "oh good, what are you doing out here all by yourself?" he asked a little concernedly. "oh I was just on my way home from school." She said with a shiver as the temperature dropped. "here, don't want you to get cold." The man said wrapping her in his jacket. "thanks uh" "Chris." He said and flashed a smile. Jaylyn noticed that Chris had fangs! "your-your a vampire!" She said frightened at the realization. "yes, but don't worry I promise you're safe with me. As long as we get you home before midnight." "why? What happens at midnight?" Jaylyn asked a little afraid. "well at midnight vampires become really blood thirsty, and I don't want to hurt you." He said taking Jaylyn's hand. They walked back to Jaylyn's house talking as they went enjoying each other's company. When they got to her front door, Jaylyn handed Chris his jacket back. "no you keep it, something to remember me by." He said with a fanged smile. "thank you, can I see you again?" She asked with hope in her eyes. "I'd love that! But how about during the day this time?" he said with a laugh. "it's a date!" Then Chris leaned into Jaylyn's face and kissed her! Jaylyn couldn't feel anything, her body went numb at the touch of his soft lips. She kissed him back, never wanting it to end. They broke away, and Chris walked off into the night. "wow! What an amazing time I had on that street!" Jaylyn said as she slipped inside her house.
