How To Be A Fangirl/Fanboy
Hi everybody! Today's post is all about what it's like to be a fangirl/fanboy, or a person who loves being a fan of something! Welcome to fangirling 101! This is how it all works, first of all everyone is a fan of something. It doesn't have to be a tv show or a movie, or book series, or a celebrity. People can be fans of everything, and anything. For example people who love shoes, if a new pair of shoes comes out they just have to have it! Well that means they are huge fans of shoes. For me personally being a fangirl is about more than just being obsessive, or crazy. It's about loving your Idol/fandom unconditionally. Being apart of Chris Colfer's fandom is so amazing! Not only is he himself a wonderful person, but the fandom as a whole is so nice and sweet! Well for the most part anyway, there's still a few people who don't seem to get the message. But I'll tell you about that group of people on another post.
My experience with being a fangirl has been crazy! I'll tell you something it's emotionally exhausting, but it's so worth it! There's moments of rush you get when your Idol posts something, and it's a new selfie! Of course that could just be because your in love with them/have a huge crush on them. I know that's what it's like for me with Chris. But no matter how emotionally exhausting it becomes, you still love your person and would do anything for them. The best parts are when your Idol notices you on social media, I was very lucky to receive 3 likes from Chris this year! The first time he liked my tweet I was in tears! He makes me so happy, words couldn't describe how happy he makes me. That's what it should be feel like being a fan, loving your fandom so much it brings you to tears.
I'm now going to move on to making things for your Idol or fandom. These can be fan art, (which are pictures related to you your fandom) scrapbooks, (which I have made) or other ways to show your love for your fandom. This is such a fun way to show your support for your favs. I hope you all learned something about what it's like being a fangirl/fanboy/fanperson today!
Wow. I learned a lot about Fandom!
