  Derpy and The Doctor Once upon a time in Ponyville, there was a sweet, caring, and fun loving pegasus named Derpy. Now that wasn't her given name, her actual name was Ditzy Do. But everyone called her Derpy, and at first it was hurtful. But now she's come to own that this is who she is, and it's not a bad thing. Derpy also has a eye condition that causes her eyes, to go in different direction. This does kind of impact her vision a little bit, but she doesn't let that stop her.
