 Derpy and The Doctor

Once upon a time in Ponyville, there was a sweet, caring, and fun loving pegasus named Derpy. Now that wasn't her given name, her actual name was Ditzy Do. But everyone called her Derpy, and at first it was hurtful. But now she's come to own that this is who she is, and it's not a bad thing. Derpy also has a eye condition that causes her eyes, to go in different direction. This does kind of impact her vision a little bit, but she doesn't let that stop her. Derpy is also autistic, but she loves that about herself. Derpy is a grey pegasus, with light yellow mane and tail. Her cutie mark is a bunch of bubbles, which represents her fun loving personality. Derpy works at the Ponyville post office, as a mail carrying pony, but she also sorts the mail. One day while Derpy was out doing her rounds, she came across a name on a letter that she didn't recognize. It simply said "The Doctor" Derpy cocked her head, and wondered "Doctor what?" She thought in her head. Reading the address, she made her way to this "Doctor's" house. Derpy knocked on the door, and out walked a light brown pony with dark brown mane and tail, he had a green tie with a white collar. "Oh, hello my dear." He said with a British accent, Derpy thought he was really cute. And she blushed at hearing his voice. "Hi, are you The Doctor?" She asked looking down at his letter. "Why yes, I am. Dr. Whooves at your service." He said with a bow. Derpy giggled, and handed him the letter. "Thank you, my dear. I hope you have a lovely day." He said. Derpy waved him goodbye, than proceeded with her rounds. A couple days go by, and Derpy can't stop thinking about the nice gentlepony she delivered a letter to. As she was day dreaming, while working at the front desk. A customer came in, it was The Doctor! Derpy smiled at seeing him, as he approached the desk. "Oh, hello again my dear." He said with a smile. "Hi Doc" Derpy said in her sweet voice. "You have such a lovely voice, and I love the way your eyes move. Very unique, very endearing." He said, with a wink. Derpy blushed, and offered him a muffin, from the basket. (She had made them herself) "These are delicious! Did you make them?" The Doctor asked. Derpy nodded, with a goofy grin on her face. "You are very good at baking." He said. "Oh, I almost forgot what I came in here for. I need a package delivered, to my mum." He said, handing over the package. "We will make sure to get this out to her, promise!" Derpy said. "That would be very much appreciated, thank you." The Doctor said, as he put some bits on the table. "Keep the change, and I don't believe I got your name dear?" He said, before he left. "Oh, it's Derpy." She said looking at the floor shyly. "Would you like to join me for lunch tomorrow, Derpy?" He asked, with a twinkle in his eye. Derpy was floored, she had never been on a date before. But she really liked this colt, so she thought why not? "I would love to!" She said, enthusiastically. "Wonderful, meet me at the restaurant at 5:00pm." Then he left. The next day, Derpy was so excited to meet up with The Doctor, she was getting ready. She decided to put on a light blue dress, and put a little bubble mane clip in her mane. Derpy got to the restaurant a little early, because of her excitement. Not too long after, The Doctor showed up. He was wearing a navy blue tux shirt, with a matching bow tie. Derpy thought he looked really handsome. "You look beautiful my dear, he said. Then bent down to kiss her hoof. Derpy giggled, and blushed. "Thanks, you look handsome." Derpy said with a smile. This caused The Doctor to blush, and Derpy thought it was really cute. "Well thank you." He said, then took the seat across from her. "What would you like to order?" He asked. "Oh, just some daisy nuggets and sweet potato fries." Derpy said. "Alright then." He said. The waiter walked over, and asked "What can I get for you two today?" He asked. "Hello my good man, the lady will have some daisy nuggets, and the sweet potato fries. With a glass of water, and I will have the hay burger, with the grilled tomato slices, and a cup of tea." The waiter wrote down their order, and walked back into the restaurant. While they waited for their food, the two ponies were getting to know each other better. They were having a really good time, and learned a lot about each other. Before they knew it, their food was brought out. "Enjoy" The waiter said, bowing as he left. "This looks delicious!" The Doctor said. Derpy looked down at her plate, and nodded in agreement. After their late lunch/early dinner. The Doctor and Derpy, took a walk through the park. The sun was going down, the stars were coming out. It was a beautiful evening. "You look absolutely stunning in the moonlight." The Doctor told Derpy. Her heart started to flutter, and her tummy was filled with butterflies. "You make my heart flutter Doctor." Derpy said. "I really like you Derpy, you're so curious about the world, and as a scientist I find that very attractive." The Doctor said. "Can I kiss you miss Derpy?" The Doctor asked. Derpy's head went into overdrive, and she let out a "Yes!" The Doctor giggled at her excitement, and leaned in to place a nice sweet, romantic kiss on her. It was the best first kiss, the filly could have asked for. The Doctor then walked Derpy back to her house, and kissed her again. "Goodnight my darling Derpy, until we meet again." He said, then waved goodbye as he left. Derpy felt like the luckiest filly in the world. "Until we meet again, Doc." She said, as she turned out the lights.
