Patching Him Up
Patching Him up
A Spider-Man fanfic one-shot
I was chilling in my room, blasting metalcore music some metalcore music while doodling. When I hear a knock on my bedroom window. I look over and see my boyfriend Peter. "Babe!" I said excitedly, running to the window to let him in. Peter came stumbling into my room, and holding his side. "Oh my God, you're bleeding!" I said concerned, as I saw the gaping wound in his side. "Hey baby, I'm okay really. I promise." He said, in that sweet awkward tone I love so much. "Let me help you." I said, gently leading him to the bathroom. "There we go, just breathe Peter." I said, looking for the supplies I needed to patch him up. "Baby I'm okay, please don't worry." Peter said, gently grabbing my hand. "But you're not okay, I know you're in pain, I can tell. Now let me help you." I said firmly. Peter didn't argue any further, and I got to work. "Can you please, take off your suit for me?" I asked Peter. He nodded, and very carefully peeled off his suit. "ah" He hissed in pain, I placed a hand on his cheek. "It's okay, my love this should help you feel better." I carefully started to clean the wound. "Ouch!" Peter yelped. "I'm so sorry babe, I'm sure that hurts." I said, feeling so bad for my wonderful boyfriend. "No, no, you're doing so well my love. I'm alright." He reassured me. I smiled at him, as I continued to clean his wound. After I stitched up the injured spot, and banaged it. I placed a little kiss there. "That's for extra healing, I know you have super healing but I thought this would help it along." I said, grinning. He smiled right back at me, that sweet adorable smile of his that just makes my heart melt. "Thank you, for fixing me up my darling girl." Peter told me, once we were settled together on my bed. "Anytime my superhero." I said, kissing his cheek. "So how did this happen?" I asked. "Well, I was on patrol tonight as I'm usually. And I was fighting this mugger, and he stabbed me." Peter said. I squeezed him a little tighter, remembering to be careful of his side. "But as bad as he hurt me, you should see the other guy." He said, with a little laugh. "I'm just grateful, you came home alive." I said, laying my head on his chest. "I love you." He told me, before drawing me in for a kiss. "I love you too." I said back. Then we just embraced each other, for a few minutes. Enjoying being in each others company. Before long, we fell asleep in each others arms. Dating a superhero isn't always easy, but for moments like this. It was worth it everytime.
The End
