Emily P.O.V.

Hi there, it's Emily Peters-Danson. Yes famous song reviewer, and wife and famous rockstar Kieran Danson. I'm 25 years old now, a lot has happened. First I will update you on my family. My parents are doing well, they went to Ireland for their anniversary recently. That was a really special trip for them. Sam is now 19 years old, and has decided to become a professional skateboarder. He's also dating Kieran's cousin Chole, they started going out in high school. Those two are so cute together, they remind of Kieran and I when we were younger. And then there's Princess, my little french bull dog. She's now seven years old, and still as sweet as ever. Our friends from Torn Apart, have all gotten married! And some of them, are dads already! It's so cute seeing them with their kids, these edgy looking rockstars being so gentle with their babies. It's so adorable. We all stay in touch with each other, and they come out to visit sometimes, and I go out to see them when I can. I even started reviewing for them as well, because their career really took off in the last seven years. Now, I'm sure you're wondering how are me and Kieran doing? Well, I'm sorry to tell you all this. Kieran unfortunatly passed away three years ago. I know, I still can't believe it either. It was an unfortunate accident, I guess I should start at the beginning. It all started when Kieran and I went on his first European tour. 

Flash back-Three Years Ago

Kieran P.O.V.

I'm on my first European tour! It's been amazing! I'm in Germany tonight, with my amazing wife! I also have a new album out, and it's been doing really well! "Hey babe, have you seen my choker?" Emily called from the bunk area. "Which one honey?" I asked her. "The one with the blue butterfly, the one you got me for my birthday." She said. "I think it's on the counter." I called to her. "Oh, found it!" She said, then came over to me. "Mwah! I can't believe we're in Germany!" She said, kissing me. "I know baby, what would you like to do while we're here?" I asked her, placing an arm around her. "How about, we just go sight-seeing." She said, leaning her head on my shoulder. "That sounds perfect!" I told her. Kissing her head. After spending the day, sight seeing, and walking around the streets of Berlin. It was time for the concert! "Hello everyone! Thank you all for coming out! I'm so happy to be here, and I'm so happy you all love my new album Drowning In Your Love! A collection of dark love songs." I said, and the crowd went wild. "Let's rock!" I said, and played my opening track. After the concert, it was time for my meet and greet. I've been doing these more often, I love meeting the fans. "Hey there, thanks for coming out." I said to the first person in line. "Hello Kieran, it's so nice to meet you." The girl said, in a german accent. "Nice to meet you too." I said. "Could I also have an autograph from Emily?" She asked. I looked up at her, and she kind of blushed. "I think she would love that." I said. Emily nodded. "Thank you Emily, you inspire me to be a writer." The girl said, and Emily beamed with pride. "Bye." The girl said, then ran off. After a few more people, someone came up to the table, that I hoped I would never see again. "Hey Kieran." I knew who it was. It was my dad again. "Dad, I don't want you here." I said, firmly. "I got kicked out, I've been living on the streets." He said, in a low scary tone. "I finally tracked you down, never thought you'd end up in Berlin of all places." He said, reaching inside his jacket. "This, is for not giving me the money, to keep my place." He said, pulling out a gun. I immediately called for security. But my dad, whacked them upside the heads with his gun, and they went tumbling down. "You're gonna die tonight son." He said, in a malicious tone. "Wait, please don't do this. You're not well dad, should I call someone for you?" I asked, with my hands out. But I was too late, he pulled the trigger, and the bullet went right through my chest. I collapsed on the ground, blood spilling from my wound. "KIERAN!!!!" Emily screamed as she rushed over to me, she called 911. "Kieran, please stay with me." She said, tears falling down her beautiful face. "It hurts baby." I said, shaking from the pain. "I know it does my love, you should have to hold on until the paramedics get here." She said, kissing my head. I felt my eyes grow heavy, I heard sirens. Whether police or ambulance I didn't know, my breathing became shallow. "Baby, I don't think I'm gonna make it." I said, between gasps. "No, don't say that! You stay with me, you hear? Please stay with me!" She screamed, and cried. "Hey, loving you has been the adventure of a lifetime. Don't be sad okay? I love you baby. My sweet Emily." I said, before kissing her hand one last time. I saw a white light, and felt the last breath of air leave my lungs. 

End Of Flashback

It still hurts to remember that day, I watched my husband die right in front of me. Kieran's dad was arrested and thrown in jail, so I guess something good came out of it. The world was devasted with me, I had so many letters coming in from fans telling me how sorry they were, and even gave me little gifts. It was nice that so many people cared about Kieran. His mom hasn't been the same since he died, she doesn't really leave the house, except to go to work or the store. I've invited her over a few times, but she always declines. I hope one day, she will. Kieran didn't want a funeral, he wanted to be creamated. So that's what we did, I scattered his ashes a long time ago. There was this tree in the park, when Kieran and I were first dating. He carved our intials into the bark, I scattered his ashes around that tree. Going to the park has been so hard, but when Sam has his competions I go to support him. Sam has also taken Kieran's death hard, he looked up to him like he was an older brother. He cried for a whole week. We would just sit together and cry, while we remembered him some nights. He did leave something to him though, he left his turtle Armor. Sam has been taking care of him, and he really loves the litle guy. I'm looking through a box of Kieran's things, and I found a picture he had framed of the two of us, it was on his first tour. When we were in California. We went to a beach, and I took a picture of the two of us in front of the sunset. I gently caressed the frame, and tears streamed down my face. "Oh Kieran, I miss you every day." I cried, as I held the picture to my heart. Wiping away the tears, I moved the picture aside, and continued looking through the box. I came across a DVD that said To Emily on it. Curious, I popped the disc into the DVD player. There was a static blur, then Kieran appeared on the screen.  "Hello my beautiful wife." He said, and I felt the tears come again. "Happy one year anniversary! I wanted to make this video for you, because in case something happens to me, I want you to have something to remember me by." He said. "You know the first song I ever wrote you right?" He asked, and I nodded. "Well I figured it was about time it had a title, this is a special acoustic version of that song just for you my love." He said, as he picked up his black acoustic. That guitar still hangs in our bedroom. "Now, oh shoot." He said, as the camera fell. And I giggled. He was such a goof, but I loved that about him. "There we go, now let's begin." He said, strumming the opening chords. "This song is called I Will Love More Than Death." He said, with a smile.

"I love you babygirl, always and forever." He said, when he was done, and blew a kiss to the camera. The song was just as beautiful, as when he first played it for me. I was full on sobbing now, I paused the TV on his handsome face. And slowly whispered. "I will love you more than death." As I placed a hand on the screen. I know my life will never be the same, and even though I wasn't married to Kieran for very long. We only had four years together, but they were the best four years of my life. I know, I have to keep living for him. Because that's what he would've wanted. Suddenly I get a call, I open my phone and see it's from Amber. "Hey girl!" She said. "Hey Amber, what's up?" I asked. "Me and Katy, are going to the movies. We were wondering if you wanted to come?" She asked me. Amber and Katy were the wives of Trevor and Mason. Amber and Trevor were parents, to a little girl named Melody. "Trevor is watching Melody tonight, so Katy and I thought we could have a girls night!" Amber said. Katy who was married to Mason, decided they didn't want kids. But they do have two dogs. "Sure, I'll come along." I said to Amber. "Great, we'll come pick you up around 7!" She said, and I said bye, then she hung up. When the girls got there, they were really excited. "Hey Em! You ready for a sappy romance movie?" Katy said. "Yeah, I'll be out in a sec." I said, grabbing my bag. Before I left, I walked by the TV again. The video was still paused, and I walked over to it. "I love you so much Kieran, always and forever." Then I blew the picture a kiss. I don't think I'll ever remarry, Kieran was the love of my life. But I'll always remember him, and his music. He truly was an amazing person. When I walked out the door, I whispered sang. "I will love you more than death." And I looked up at the sky, and smiled.
